This policy explains what personal data PolarPeak Production (“we”, “us”) collects through polarpeak.io, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send us through the project brief form or by email:
- your name and work email;
- the project type you select;
- the message you write, including any links or details about your project.
We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your brief, prepare a plan and quote, and continue the conversation about your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We don’t sell your data or add you to marketing lists.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the form handler.
- Resend delivers the form submission to our inbox as an email.
- Google Workspace hosts our mailbox, where your brief and our correspondence are stored.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when the page loads.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
